Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated
• Happy Brands Co. retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies
• Any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused designs remain the property of Happy Brands Co.
